We rented 207B Seashore Drive. It is a beautiful house with a fantastic view of the ocean.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. One thing that surprised me though was this house was very family/group friendly. A few simple adds would make the property even better:

We were surprised there weren’t any platters for serving burgers/dogs/corn on the cob/clams from the grill. Having them would reduce the number of trips up & down - especially when you have a bigger crew to feed.

Ditto for wine glasses- sitting on those beautiful balconies & in the hot tub in the evening with a glass of wine was sublime- stems would be a great add.

Finally, the hose needs to be replaced - there was no nozzle.

These minor tweaks will make for a better experience for renters to a beautiful rental!

Great location and property!

Much needed family time needed during Covid! Nice home and Realty Company was very responsive! Would definitely rent this property again!!

Great location and Property

Fantastic location and the property was perfect for a party of 6 adults - loads of space and options for accommodation. An excellent week on Topsail Beach !

Perfect Rental and Location!

I forgot to rate overall on my last review and wanted to make sure 207B got 5 stars! All the rooms, living space and kitchen were spacious, clean and inviting. 3 families, totalling 15 guest, felt extremely comfortable and relaxed in this home. The location is steps from the beach and ocean views from every deck. We can't wait to come back!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying here. There were 3 families with 6 small children in our party and we found that the house had plenty of space for everyone. The beach is super close and the views are beautiful. We had the living room deck door open the whole time so that we can hear the ocean.
House was clean with plenty of towels for all. All in all, everyone in our party, big and small, loved our stay and we were all sad to leave. We would definitely come back and stay here again.
