50 Steps to the beach

Great location, great communication with the owner during the vetting process. I would encourage future renters to keep in mind that this is a beach house. Meaning the house is pretty dated and not well insulated which means it is really hard to keep cool during the Summer months. We had a couple breakers flip that prevented us from charging the golf cart for the 1st couple of days but we were able to work it out and identify the problem on our own. The rules for this house were mostly inline with others but were a bit overboard in some areas. All in all it was not bad, for the rate in which we paid.

Our Third Visit to Fripp and this house

Very centrally located and you really can walk to the courts, one of the 5 pools, ice cream place, and walk to the beach. You are on the Main drag but the price is right and where can you fit your family with a downstairs bunk room and hang out for the grandkids. Island wifi isn't great but Fripp is like growing up in the 50's where everyone feels safe and kids enjoy themselves. Our third year here and 7th year in area.

Vacation Spot

My friends and i enjoy our stay. Very clean and in walking distance to the beach. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. It was a great girls trip. Will book again.

Family Fun for the Fourth

My family and I enjoyed this home for the week of July 4th a couple of years back. It was not available last year when we made our reservations however we were able to get it again for 2017. Cannot wait to be there again!

The home is very convenient to the beach and all of the activities on the island. It is laid out in a manner that everyone is not on top of each other and also has a great backyard for a pick up game of wiffle ball. There is a nice wrap around porch for afternoon relaxation and should you encounter a rainy afternoon, there is also a double garage that you can sit in and still see all that is going on around you. Perfect location for all age groups!

It is also very nice to work with Ms. Rosenberg for renting. She is always prompt and very helpful. Thank you!
