Seahorse was awesome, the details were done to perfection and Cheryl was an excellent host readily available anytime you needed ask a question. We enjoyed the time with family and a few our daughters friends! The beach is out your back door! We lived Seahorse!!!

We were very happy with the Sea Horse Rodanthe. It's location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The house was clean. We used the hot tub daily. We appreciated the games, books, DVDs that were provided. It was the perfect size for our party of 8. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with the exception of a Jack and Jill bathroom shared by two bedrooms. We hope to return again.

We had nine people most of the week during our recent vacation. Seahorse Rodanthe provides a wonderful atmosphere for family sharing of common space (living room, kitchen & entertainment room) While also providing private areas (bedrooms) for quiet time. Extremely close to the ocean, beautiful views, close walk to coffee houses and fishing peer. Fantastic home & experience for family summer vacation. We will return. I think if you read the other reviews, you will find a similar theme. If your looking for being as close to the beach as possible, then the SeaHorse is for you. The views were incredible. The Rodanthe Pier was about 100 yards away and a great backdrop. The house had all that a family would need to have a great week on the beach over the Thanksgiving holiday. Elevator (made it a breeze to bring luggage up and down, and was a necessity for my parents who can't do steps very easily)...Hot Tub (with a sky full of stars and the waves crashing in front of you, what more can you ask for)...Gas Fireplace (was awesome in the evening when it got a little chilly...it heated the upstairs quickly and gave some nice ambiance)...Game Room (albeit I had to level the pool table, we made it work and the foosball table kept everyone up for some competition). Cheryl was an outstanding host and was attentive to all our needs. Mother Nature even cooperated where we had a full beach day on Friday after Thanksgiving with the temps around 70. I don't write reviews often but this was worth the time. Thanks Cheryl! See you soon...
