Amazing place! Already re-booked for next summer!

WOW! What a great place! Perfectly located in town and right on the beach! We could call the kids in for lunch from the deck! Spectacular deck furniture, spacious, wonderfully equipped kitchen (WITH A STAND-ALONE ICE MAKER), large fridge, large bedrooms and LOADS of room for parking, so your cars aren't crammed right on top of each other. Laundry room is on the main floor, centrally located, so you are not running outside or to the ground-level to do laundry. The owners are amazing, nice, friendly and incredibly quick to respond to questions. We had zero issues with the rental while there (no non-functioning stuff, nothing broken). Highly recommend. Easily holds our 3 small families.

Perfect Rental

I live in the area of Surf City but had family coming in town so naturally I needed a bigger place for them to stay! I hit the jackpot with this rental. It is perfectly located with access to everything from shopping to dinning. The home was decorated with an a beach theme with out sacrificing comfort. It has a large beautiful window allowing for breath taking views. It is furnished with high quality patio furniture in the front of the house and the rear. The kitchen is very well outfitted with stainless still appliances! They cut no corners with the bathroom design! The beds are very comfortable! This house is everything you could want out of a vacation rental. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions!
