My husband and I stayed for a week. The house is so spacious and the local is wonderful!!!!! You walk in and you feel right at home. There is so much to do and see. So close to everything. Roger and Barb make sure you have everything you could need. We will definitely be back!!!! And we will definitely be spreading the word to friends and family.

We have rented cabins around the Smokies over the last 10 t0 12 years. None have been more comfortable, clean, well laid out, and homey than this one. Roger and Barb spare no details in equipping it for your convenience. It is easily accessed, roomy parking, and very convenient to everything. It is close to Lakes Fontana and Nantahala, other rivers as well as the beautiful drive down Hwy 28 to the Cowee area. With 4 adults and a poodle, we brought our boat, canoe, and 2 kayaks to experience the lakes and rivers. It was great. Our biggest surprise was the total lack of hassle in the rental process. We didn't decide to go there until mid June. Roger and Barb were gracious and gave us the reservation with out all the hubbub we had been accustomed to in the past. They are a joy to rent from and we'll be back

My husband and I came up for a much-needed get-away, that also happened to fall on my birthday. We walked in and instantly felt right at home, which helped us to relax right away. The bed was comfy, the decor was homey, and the kitchen had everything we needed - including lots of things you don't normally get when you rent a cabin elsewhere. We came stocked with lots of staples that we thought we would need, but, much to our surprise, we didn't have to use them.
The house is centrally located, so just about any adventure you want is a short drive away. Bryson City is a charming little town, with lots of great restaurants.
The owners were very friendly and helpful, and it was nice to know they were just a phone call away if we needed anything. We have found our new favorite place, and will definitely be back!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there - It was comfortable and orderly and more spacious than I expected. The kitchen is well stocked with accessories so that you feel at home and can make just about anything you want. The house also offered a lot of extras - like zip lock bags and plenty of lotions. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The hosts were also very gracious to us. Will definitely come back when we are back in the area! This house is an 1 1/2 hours from Dollywood - nice amusement park with great rides as well as shows. The Cherokee as a working reservation that has a really neat tour and they also have a show at night called "Unto these Hills". (Cherokee give AAA discounts) We loved our day there! We went tubing in Bryson City We also visited the Biltmore estate - great place for adults to visit - but tickets are pricey - and they do include wine tasting. There is quite a bit to see and do there.

Enjoyed our stay and loved the hot tub!! If you love the Casino, its just a short drive, thru the mountains. Kitchen is stocked very well, anything you would need to make meals. Washer and dryer are very convenient. Bathrooms are bigger than at home. Will be using this rental again in the future. Relax on the front porch in the wonderful rocking chairs.
