Easy access to the beach
Overall, the property met our needs. We loved the quick access to the beach. At first we liked the pet friendly option, but going forward I would find a property that didn’t allow pets.

This was our third year spending two weeks at this wonderful cottage in the fall. Love the ice machine, a real perk. The addition of the king size bed in the master was very nice. Kitchen is very well equipped with appliances as well as pots & pans. Short walk to the beautiful wide beach. Plan to return next fall for another wonderful two weeks.

Of all the cottages at Laughing Gull that we've visited, #6 is by far the best. All of the appliances, lights, and switches worked and the interior was updated. What was unusual and greatly appreciated was the ice machine, a fully stocked set of toilet paper ,dish washing liquids and fully functioning washer and dryer with included liquids for both. In short, this cottage and owners are exceptional.

Loved the beach house ! Located in a nice spot . Only bad thing was our visit was cut short by Florence !Arrived on Saturday and left on Tuesday before 3:00 am. The owners were very good on getting back with us . And they informed us of leaving early before there was a mandate to do so ! The house was well stocked with everything needed for our stay. The TV 's where hard to understand . It would be nice if there was a detailed note on how to operate them. There where a tow of remotes lined up near the large tv in the living room. The lower bedroom tv was not used because of the lack of understanding how to turn it on .

Gen is absolutely amazing!!! Her home is the perfect beach home...and I stress home...not house. It's so comfortable and inviting and it has everything you would possibly need. We've vacationed in Nags Head for 30 yrs, and this was truly our best experience ever. We were able to bring our 2 AND 4 legged kids, which made our vacation absolutely perfect!!! We will definitely stay again!!! You won't regret staying in this beautiful beach home!!!
