Amazing!

My parents started renting condos in the Myrtle Beach area after retiring in the 1980's. Since that time, at least one family member has rented a unit every year since then. This unit is by far the nicest, cleanest, most beautiful and has an amazing view that we have ever rented! The owners were very nice to work with and when I had a problem with my car, the maintenance manager of the condo complex took time to look at it and solved the problem. I'm so happy with my stay that I am coming back next year. I can't to come back!

Outstanding View!

From the moment we arrived we noticed the place was fresh and inviting. Each room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The large wrap around balcony on the 11th floor has a beautiful ocean view and on a clear day you can see the Myrtle Beach skyline about 10 miles to the north. This condo feels like home not a typical vacation condo, great care has been taken to add beautiful details. We were there for a month and were quite comfortable. The best part in addition to the spectacular view is falling asleep to the sound of the surf. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo

We stay in condo’s quite often, this one is beautiful. Well appointed and the view is amazing. The owners communicated well and we had a very positive experience. We will definitely rent 1101 again.

Spacious and clean!!!

Spacious and clean!!! Nice appointments. Beautiful view. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked.
The view of the ocean from the wraparound balcony is amazing. By far the best condo on the beach. Randy and Debbie are easy to work with and very responsive. We’ll certainly be back!

Another great stay at Surfside beach !

Many things make a vacation great and our stay at One Ocean Place has always been on top of the list ,this year was no exception! We were lucky to stay in unit 1101 this fall ... the bedrooms , the kitchen ,the bathrooms and the laundry were all outstanding as was the view from the balcony....we were out there every morning to watch the sun rises and an added benefit was the moon rises with beautiful harvest moon .... we just stepped out the front door to watch the many beautiful sunsets Debbie Yancey is great to work with and her home here is awesome....
