Speechless!!!!

Overall our family vacation was absolutely perfect. We had 6 adults and 3 children and this house was perfect for our group. The beach is easily 1 minute walk from the house and the location is far enough away from town to be family oriented but close enough to town to allow easy traveling for food and fun. I was able I was able to surf fish in the Am and Pm very easily and the beach is very family friendly and clean. My fiancée and I actually got married right outside the house on the beach during high tide. The house itself is beautiful and modernized. Everything went perfectly and the landlord was very quick to answer our questions and fix minor issues at the house. Our family is already looking into another vacation to surf city at this location. Very very satisfied!!!! Would recommend this location to absolutely anyone who is looking for a home away from home on the beach.

Beautiful and perfect!

When my fiance and I started looking for properties to stay at for our trip everything was overpriced and unimpressive. When we came across Ginger's property in Surf City we were excited to learn the home was available during the time we wanted to take our trip. It is such incredibly close access to the beach not to mention the house itself is BEAUTIFUL inside. So much space and amenities provided. The master bedroom is something you have to see for yourself to understand. It helped make our vacation better because we felt at home during our stay! We will definitely book again. Thank you!!!

Definitely plan to stay again next year...Our family decided to, make our stay here, a yearly event

We simply loved the house and location. It was right across the street from the beach access walkway...the house was beautiful...everything we needed, other than what we were required to bring, was supplied... plenty of room...especially for all of us to sleep...the front porch had swings an rockers if we wanted to sit out front and laugh and visit with each other...the upstairs patio had plenty of room to sit and a beautiful view of the ocean...we sat on it every morning for coffee and in the evening for drinks...it made my daughter’s going away mini vacation, with the family, memories she will never forget...everything in the house was up to date and functional...this home has me and my family deciding to make this an annual family get away...

We loved everything about the beach cottage!

My family loved our stay at the Edge of the Sand. Our first priority in searching for a beach house was a king size master bedroom. Which Edge of the Sand has. The master bedroom is huge, very inviting and the bed was as comfy as ours at home. Along with the master we had our own private living room right off the master. Can’t say enough about how beautifully decorated it is. Upstairs was just as nice and inviting. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. My favorite part of the upstairs was sitting at the kitchen table and watching the shrimp boats go by. Even though the house is across the street from beach, you still have a beautiful view of the ocean. The ocean is just literally steps away from the house. Thank you Ginger and your family for providing such a sweet home for our vacation. We plan on returning next year! Until next year, Kelley

Really enjoyed our stay

The house is such a relaxing and comfortable place. It has everything you would need to cook with in the kitchen. The bedrooms are set up nice and the beds are comfortable. If you have a large family this place has the room for them. I loved that the outside shower had hot water to rinse all the sand off. I also loved the idea of having a table full of board games for a family to be able to spend some quality bonding time. There is easy and quick access to the beach making it easier for families like mine who have younger children that need breaks from the beach sun:)Thank you for putting so much love into making this beach home a home away from home.
