Would definitely return!

A dozen college graduates in one big house ... needless to say, we had an amazing time! Alan was so helpful in the leasing process, which is usually difficult or impossible for vacation-goers under 25 years old. Not only was there plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, it was also perfectly located near all of our necessities. We went to Harris Teeter nearly daily (walking distance) and woke up every morning to stroll down to the beach. After spending the day there (beautiful, clean, peaceful), we grilled or went out to eat and then spent the evening in the backyard pool and hot tub! Karaoke night at the local bar was so much fun, and the cab is $15 flat rate. We had a fantastic post-graduation trip, but I could also see this being the perfect vacation for a big family.

Exactly what we were looking for!

I rented this house with twelve other friends and we had a great time. It comfortably fit all thirteen of us so we could all have our own space, and the top floor was a great place for everyone to get together. The pool/hot tub area was also a great place for lunch and to socialize. Nothing extravagant, but just what we needed. Very convenient location- close to the beach and a short walk from the grocery store.

The owner is clear and easy to work with. We received our security deposit promptly. Overall a great and hassle-free experience. Would definitely rent again!

Great time at Oceans Deelight

My friends and I had an amazing time here! The house was very large, well kept and had everything you could possibly need. We were also a lot closer to the beach then I expected but enjoyed using the pool to cool off and the hot tub at night! There were tons of activities to do in this location and the house was in a very nice area with local stores in walking distance. It stormed one of the days we stayed and we enjoyed using the multiple dvds and games that were available in the house. Would definitely stay here again!
