Quiet Retreat

We had a hard time finding a beach place for 2 couples to share, as most places have bunks and twins in the spare bedrooms for children. This place fit the bill with 2 separate Kings in each BR, and that wasn't all. The villa was freshly renovated and very new/updated for this section of Kiawah. The beach was a walkable distance, but we could also take a short drive with our supplies to the beach access and easily park. The owner, Jack, was extremely responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. Overall, this villa gets a "two thumbs up" recommendation!

Great villa! Clean, updated and quiet

We have. Even coming to kiawah for over 20 years and have stayed at many different places. This was one of the best. Great villa!

Great stay at Kiawah

We had a fantastic week at Kiawah in the cottage. The interior was well decorated and had everything we could need. The location is great - a short walk/bike-ride to the beach and pool. And there is no better place than Kiawah. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to our next stay there as well!

GREAT GETAWAY!!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Our stay at your property was very relaxing. The amenities offered were exceptional and the property was stocked with everything imaginable and well furnished. Stores, restaurants and shops were all close by and the beach was just a very short walk. Kiawah Island was beautiful and we enjoyed the lovely (almost daily) drive into historic downtown Charleston. We hope to return in the future and we would definitely stay at your property again. Nick & Kathy, Henderson, NV

Attractive , well decorated

We visited Jack's cottage today and were very impressed with the way Jack and his wife decorated their new Kiawah place . It has a warm, inviting feel with a wonderful lagoon view . You won't be disappointed staying here .
