Amazing Spring Break

Flamingo Cove is the cleanest rental property I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Karla was a very responsive host. Oceanside Village was very friendly, quiet, and overall a joy for our spring break with our two children.

The house was not only clean, but had everything we needed for our week. Every drawer, light switch, and cabinet was labeled so there was really no wondering where anything was located. Check-in was a breeze. The pools were very child friendly and it was a short golf cart ride to the beach. My children loved it and so did my husband and myself. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Beautifully updated home

Karla was very easy to work with. The house was super clean and decorated very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Cute little surprise left for guests.

Perfect in every way!

I cannot say enough good things about this beach house. It was the cleanest house I’ve ever rented at Oceanside and I’ve been renting at Oceanside for 20+ years! Karla thought of everything you could possibly need. There were even surprises there waiting for my kids. Karla was a joy to work with and my husband said we are definitely renting from her next summer.

Amazing stay! Can't sing enough praises.

I genuinely can't express just how wonderful our stay was at Karla's house! The house was clean and very well maintained. The decorating was warm and beach-like and reminded you that you were in a place you could relax. We brought my wife's mother who is very particular about traveling and staying in other places, and she could not stop praising how nice and clean the house was and how clean it smelled!

There were Roku TVs in each room so kids could use Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video to watch TV while adults relaxed. There were also games available so the family could play together. Items for the beach were in locked deck box if you needed a chair, umbrella or boogie board. The golf cart is available for driving around the community and both kids and adults loved taking evening drives trying to find where the fireworks were coming from (and there were lots of fireworks around!). So many things to do without having to leave the community.

Karla was a joy to work with -- she was incredibly nice and quick to answer all our questions. She gave us information on local things to do and let us know what to expect at the house from amenities to necessities. She is an incredible hostess and anyone staying in her property is very fortunate!

Thank you again Karla and we're eagerly looking forward to our stay next summer!
