***Considerate, truly caring owners*** 1st trip to HHI - LOVED it!

Kitchen is open to the livingroom. Enjoy your family (or watch tv) while you prepare food. Although I didn't cook, I did prepare breakfast, lunch & snacks. Great microwave w/ popcorn button. Awesome, deep stainless steel sink-great for cleaning fruit/veges. Ample counterspace (more than I needed). Loads of storage. Loved the full size, CLEAN frig! (I'm a clean freak). Kitchen is equipped with everything you need-if you choose to cook-dishwasher included. My family (2 adults, 2 teens) absolutely LOVED this condo. The kids had their own room, tv, bathroom, & of course internet! The master is located across the hall. Loved the floor plan. Great storage on balcolny for the beach chairs, umbrella (we used these daily) etc. provided. Hooks on the balcolny-great for drying wet swimsuits. Beautifully furnished, from the kitchen to the bedrooms & bathrooms. I LOVED the flooring throughout. Carpet in bedrooms only (thank goodness). Great beachy feel! The owners called us after our arrival (who DOES that?). We highly reccommend this condo & these owners! P.S. They even had spare light bulbs - in case one burns out!!! Favorite restraunt Nosh (great food at affordable prices for familys) owned by Robert Irvine a.k.a. the star of Restraunt Impossible. Our kids loved the mac & cheese, I had the pepper steak soup (mouth STOP watering!) There's a little bakery caddie-cornered best chocolate chip cookies ever! Nosh & the bakery are located in Tanger outlet 2. Our waitress told us he also has a restraunt on the island called Eats - call 2 weeks ahead for reservations very up-scale we were told. We also highly reccommend jet skiing at sea monkeys; ask for Neal - he was very knowledgable & had a wonderful, caring personality.

Just as described

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was close enough to the beach where it was a short walk. The condo itself was suffecient for our family of 4, and was just as described. The owner even called after we settled in to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. The property itself is descent with a bike rental right on site. I do recommend just using the larger pool, as the small one that's close to condo was dirty and the water was cold. It was very outdated. The larger pool was fantastic and not a bad walk from condo. For our first trip to Hilton Head, it was a nice place to stay!

Very Nice Experience!

We have stayed at the HHBT for the past few years, we love the location. This was the first time we stayed in this condo. It was very nice. It had a brand new fridge, granite counter tops, and we loved having new flat screens in both bedrooms. We also liked having a view of the pond instead of the parking lot. The pictures are very accurate. I would recommend this Condo to families with small children. It is on the first floor which is great for unpacking the car, and within walking distance to the beach and pool. It is also nice in the mornings to sit out and watch the birds and fish in the pond. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

What can we say? This condo was exactly as described on the web site. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. The kitchen well supplied with cookware and dishes. There was lots of nearby parking. The balcony overlooked a small lagoon containing fish and small turtles and the ocean was within view. Both the beach and swimming pool were only a short walk from the condo. The owner was pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Making reservations was hassle free. We would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a stress free vacation. We would like to return ourselves.

Great resort!

We had beautiful weather and the beach was gorgeous. The kitchen was very nice, and the condo was comfortable. The owner was very attentive and helpful. The on site restaurant/bar was great. The service was good and the food was delicious. It was too cold for the pool of course, but we'd love to come back in warmer months. My son met a his first pen pal, and we had a great time.
