Had more than enough room, the only complaint was that the bedroom upstairs had an odor to it, but my son still stayed there and didn't complain.

My husband and I joined our two children and their families for a great beach vacation. For seven whole days we were together under one roof. Better than Christmas. The other plus, the owner gave great recommendations.

We always enjoy our vacations at IOP in the Pelican Bay neighborhood and this year was no exception! While there were a few maintenance issues to be resolved, Linda was fantastic in helping get those resolved quickly and kept in contact to let us know when someone would be there to take care of the problem. We enjoyed being able to have our dogs on vacation with us, and they enjoyed their evening walks on the beach and the cool breezes under the fans during the daytime. Great home for a large family with plenty of room for all. We can’t wait to visit again!

Just a quick walk to the beautiful beach, very wide at this part of WD. House is very well equipped so you can have meals in or go out to one of the wonderful local restaurants. So many areas to sit and entertain, or just read a book from the Low Country collection.
If you have to stay in touch with your office there is wi-fi and I worked earl in the morning on the wonderful screened porch where I could hear the waves.
The cul-de-sac offers room for kids to ride bikes and scooters, and there is ample parking for multi-guest use.
