Nice clean and spacious house in a family friendly area. Lots of great seafood.

There were three generations plus a puppy sharing the house and we all had a great time. There was enough room that we weren’t crowded and close enough to the beach that it was an easy walk. The house was furnished better than we expected and some of us were thrilled that there was a Keurig machine (small detail) and a lot of dishes and cookware. The house was very clean and we didn’t have to do any preliminary cleaning before we could start our week together. We are considering doing this again next year since it seems to be an easy way to enjoy our time together and who doesn’t love the beach and all of the great and fresh seafood.

Perfect for families

We had a lovely time in the grand pavilion house. The house is beautiful, well kept, and clean. With the layout of a bathroom for each bedroom and the combined kitchen / dining / living area, it was perfect for our family get together of 8 adults and two kids. The ground level garage area was perfect for storing beach gear and keeping outdoor stuff out of the rain. The location couldn’t have been better. One block to the beach and the beachside pools and cafe was ideal. The owners made everything a breeze with booking and getting into the house.

Great stay! Our first time to Wild Dunes.... it was exactly what we hoped for!

All the information provided was so helpful! And the house was as adorable as the pictures online!!

Nice House

The overall cleanliness was good. The carpet could use a deep clean. The slipcovers in the living room need to be repaired or replaced. Would have been nice to have a half bath downstairs so you didn't feel like you were intruding on the couple staying in the downstairs bedroom. As for the parking, you can only get TWO vehicles in the drive and then you have to squeeze out the door because of the bushes. So much for the 10PM noise ordinance. The young men in the house behind us partied on their porch until 1AM Saturday night and the houses are SOOOO close you can almost hand your neighbor a cup of sugar!! LOL Loved having the keypad lock on the front door so we didn't have to keep up with keys since everyone came and went at different times. Location was great.

Wild Dunes Wonderful! This place is the best!

This property is great! We had 10 stay and were very comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom and the kitchen and living space is plenty big for large parties! Every bed is extremely comfortable, and feel like you’re staying in a 5 star resort! Unfortunately, during our stay the beach access was closed so that was disappointing. The kitchen was fully stocked, though we did run out of paper products, like towels and bathroom tissue. The tennis courts and pool are a short walk away, and there are shops and restaurants on campus too. For some of us, this was our second stay, and we all plan to come back!
