Loved the cottage. It was nice, clean and well maintained. Kids enjoyed the dunes and the beach was beautiful and wide. We even got to see July4th fireworks at the Avon pier. Bonfire by the beach was also an added delight for everyone especially for the kids who went on ghost-crab hunting adventure. ... Our stay would have been perfect and I would have given it 5 stars if not for the mosquitoes.

We had such a lovely stay and will recommend your place to any friends headed that way. We would love to stay next year if we meet our friends there again. It was beautiful and relaxing and the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children. We loved the observation deck and the openness of the place and that it had 2 master baths - yay!
