Cousins' Reunion

I'm a little late writing this but thought my daughter had already posted one. My daughter, daughter-in-law and I had such an enjoyable experience at this beautiful condo. As soon as you enter you realize it's much more than you expected. Beautifully decorated and stocked and the beds are amazing. We were late arriving our first evening so decided to enjoy the porch with snacks and wine instead of going out. Very relaxing after a long drive. We had breakfast on the porch every morning and relaxed on the porch every evening before going out and then back on the porch with drinks before bed. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants and tour of Charleston. It's like staying in a luxury hotel with all the amenities of home. My favorite part of our stay was seeing the dolphins from the porch. That was a thrill.

Now that we are back from our travels, I feel I must write to you. Susan and I have been renting condos for 15 years from 3 days to 3 months. In all that time, we have never had a better provisioned, a more thoughtfully furnished, and an easier arrival and departure experience. Plus the location was great. In addition, dealing with you in the process was easy, pleasant and efficient.
Thank you for making the beginning of our vacation so pleasant. We would be pleased if you wished to share this e-mail with anyone.

Perfect...that about covers it!

This condo is the perfect place to stay for your Folly Beach vacation. Clean, comfortable and convenient. The photos only tell part of the story as everything was top notch...like being at home but with a great view of the river. We were able to enjoy seeing dolphins every morning and evening. The location is great...not in the middle of all the congestion you find once you cross the bridge. A quick walk over the bridge will get you to the heart of Folly Beach. There are many great places to eat that are an easy walk...my personal favorite was the Lost Dog. Pack your bags and bring the family...you'll love it. Everything you need is at the condo...even beach toys. Only a short drive to the heart of Charleston...park at the visitors center and catch a tour or trolley from there to learn about all of the interesting history of the area. Absolutely loved this condo!

Girls Weekend

This condo is all you could want and more. It is very spacious, and the decorating theme is spot on. My two friends and I loved the three baths. It gave each of us a separate place to shower and be ready at the same time. The view is everything you could ask for. Dinner on the screened end porch, while the sun was going down, was a perfect way to end a busy afternoon of sightseeing. You cannot go wrong renting this vacation home.

absolutely loved this condo! Carolyn gave us excellent instructions and guide to grocery, etc. on our way in so we arrived and it was like being at home! The pictures don't lie. The condo is beautiful, views are lovely, everything is new, in fantastic shape. Every detail is impeccable. The decor, kitchen supplies, comfy beds, quality linens and towels; everything is what I would want a guest to have if they were staying at my home.
we hope to come back and stay here again. thanks Carolyn for a wonderful experience!
