The new pool was great! There was some minor home improvements going on that we were made aware of going in, but we hope to be back next year!! The owner kept us up to date on everything during the booking process, which was refreshing to have such reliable communication! See ya in 2023!

The house was immaculate and decorated in the most lovely way. There was more than enough room to accommodate us all. Our group included 4 adults and 2 children. There are 2 enclosed porches, one on the front next to the pool and one on the back next to the ocean. The location was great. Just a few steps from the ocean. Gathering sea shells was a great past time. After a day in the sand the outdoor shower was wonderful to get the unwanted sand washed away. The pool was the perfect size. We had a cold snap in the weather but the heated pool definitely made up for it. We dined out three evenings and had home delivery one evening. If you wanted to eat all meals in the kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate all your needs.

This house was spot on for our needs and Holden Beach is a quiet laid back area. Like a home away from home, the house is cozy and comfortable. We selected this home because it has an enclosed sun porch which allowed us to enjoy being on the ocean without being out in the wind and weather. Four of us are quilters; we set up our machines on the picnic table in the sun porch. Totally perfect to piece away when we weren't hanging on the deck or beach walking. Beth, the owner is super responsive, when we didn't have the proper sets of sheets, she delivered a set a few hours after we contacted her. We'll definitely be back!

This was our first time visiting Holden Beach but it won't be our last. The location was beyond perfect and we had the beach to ourselves! Our dog was in heaven chasing his ball and walking on the beach every day. Owners were wonderful and very helpful with suggestions when asked. Always responded quickly.
Thank you so much for helping make our 30th Anniversary so memorable. We hope to be back again and are excited to see the progress on the pool!!

Home was cozy and had everything we needed. Only issue was heavy mildew or moisture smell, and not the ocean breeze; laundry room had visible mold.
