This was our second October stay at Wind Beneath my Wings--I wrote a uniformly positive review a year ago and won't repeat what I put there. This rental was just as good the 2nd time around as it was a year ago. Indeed, some fixtures appeared to have been updated since our last visit. Our stay at this unit was again for a "working vacation". Perfect place for this. My wife likes to work on the screened-in porch facing the Ocean (with sliding storm windows)-- such porches are actually not all that common in beach houses. We also had most of our meals on the porch. I worked mostly inside. Very good wireless internet. Nice TVs and cable as well--we watched a lot of baseball in the evenings. The owners are very responsive to queries. We'll likely be back again a year from now! We love it that, at least in October, you can see both sunrises and sunsets over the Ocean. Watching the full moon rise above the horizon from on the nearby pier is also not to be missed.
