If you’re looking for a great comfortable house with plenty of room for a large family reunion, wedding, or joint vacation, look no further than 8 Conch lane! Alex & Tracey are excellent to deal with and will do all they can to accommodate your requests.

We rented 8 Conch Lane for my family’s lodging during the week of our son’s wedding. We had 16 comfortably enjoy themselves with many memorable moments sharing morning coffee on the deck, relaxing on the beach, and enjoying great family dinners on the deck. The home easily accommodated our group and is set up with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils our group needed.

The location is spectacular. It offers easy access to everything along with morning walks on the beach and plenty of opportunities to surf cast for tonight’s dinner! The kids played at the beach, digging in the sand and swimming all day.

The most important recommendation I can make is for the honesty and easy going nature of the owners, Alex and Tracey. I had a bad experience with the owner of a different house in Wrightsville Beach who chose to not honor my rental agreement because she got better reservations – even after she had cashed my deposit. So I was apprehensive when I met Alex. However, throughout the rental process he was honest and responsive. I would happily rent from him again.

In the end our week will be a cherished family memory. The saddest part was having to leave. We look forward to the opportunity to rent this home again in the future.

Amazing

Everything was wonderful!! Really enjoyed the ping pong table. Everything was very well equipped for all ages. Had a fantastic week. Thank you so much!!

Great place to spend a week at the beach

Once again we had a very good week at Wrightsville Beach. The location of this property makes the beach very safely accessible for families with children. The view from the porch is outstanding. The house is very comfortable for a large family with plenty of dishes and two dishwashers, as well as plenty of bathrooms. Excellent property.

Location! Location! Location!

We rented Carolina Breeze for 1 week in early June while we were in town for a family wedding. We have a large family, and this lovely property accommodated our group perfectly! We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean views from both inside and outside the house. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking and eating ware you could possibly want. We prepared several large meals for our group, and had everything we needed. Though we didn't spend a ton of time watching TV (who would with the ocean and quaint Wrightsville Beach and Wilmington so near?), it was very good quality picture and sound. We enjoyed eating out at various restaurants, including Neptunes, Bridge Tender and others, all of which were a short drive from the beach house. If you are looking for that special place right on the ocean and need to house a large group, Carolina Breeze is a great choice. Highly recommend! Thank you, Alex and Tracy!

Amazing extended family vacation

We chose the Carolina Beach house because of the described amenities for a large family. We were all pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the house was when we got there. My daughter was graduating from UNCW so we needed a house to accommodate my large extended family. The 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were perfect! The kitchen and living room areas were open and big enough for our family gatherings. The ocean views from the upper deck were breath taking. Every morning we saw Dolphins swimming across the ocean. We loved how close we were to the beach and enjoyed our daily walks/runs to the pier. The lower deck and gas grill were nice to have for our BBQ dinner. We loved that the house was in walking distance to the Johnny Merxer pier and Wrightsville "loop". We enjoyed the local restaurants - Tower 7, The Oceanic, and the Blue Water Grill. We also were happy with the short drive to the UNCW campus. The private road to the house and the ample parking were nice features. The board games were also fun accessories to have for our very competitive families! Overall we loved the beach house and would recommend it to anyone who has a large family. Thanks Tracy and Alex we had a great time and we hope to rent again next year for another UNCW graduation for my nephew.
