We loved PharmaSea! The set up was perfect for our family of 5 adults and a toddler. All furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoy cooking and ate all meals in. We loved the countertop ice maker and the griddle! Also enjoyed the easy beach access. Would definitely stay again! Owners were very accessible and easy to work with.

Great condo with many kitchen items and all of the extra appliances and gadgets such as a blender, electric griddle, waffle maker, even a separate ice maker. Very short walk to the ocean made going back and forth throughout the day a snap. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even 2 nice bikes are included with the rental. Outdoor shower and storage area were very convenient. The beach was never too crowded, even during a holiday week. Lovely ocean views from the kitchen, living area, and main deck. The street and bar next door were loud but this was not a huge problem for us. The owner was a dream to work with -- easy to reach and very responsive to all questions.

My family and I have been traveling to Topsail for many years (25 to be exact!) and have tried our fair share of properties. Needless to say, we have come to know what we like and what we don't like. This property has to be on the top of our list! It is a beautiful 3 story townhome that proved to have plenty of space for our growing family. The Master Bedroom on the top floor was the perfect place for a 3 month old as it provided easy, quick access to the kitchen for feedings, and it was away from all the other bedrooms, providing efficient privacy. Speaking of bedrooms, the beds were the best we've ever slept in (when it comes to vacation rentals). They were comfortable and had quality pillows and sheets, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, providing us with everything we needed to cook many meals during our stay. Love the rockers on the top deck, too! A perfect place to watch the sun rise in the morning while enjoying a cup of joe :) Although the pool in the complex is on the smaller side, it was never crowded and was a nice getaway from the saltwater. This condo serves as a testament to the amount of work and thought the owners put into the place. Ron & Jeff are great! Very on top of things and want to make sure you're stay is without hassle! We had a wonderful time staying at the Pharma Sea! The owners went above and beyond to make this home so comfortable with all the amenities of home. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. The beach and ocean were amazing!!! We will for sure be back!
