This property was perfect for my family. We had plunty of room and there are lots of things for my small children to do. The beach was a way shorter walk then the pictures show and the pool is n a convient place. We love this condo and hope to come back soon. The owner also stayed in contact with me from the time I booked until after we checked out.

The condo was perfect for our two families. We spent all day at the beach and then came back and prepared dinner in the well equipped kitchen or went across the street (which we did twice) to the restaurant. We also went to the bar next door one night to listen to music and play cornhole. After evening activities we relaxed together on the balcony. We all agree it was one of the best vacations ever!

We went there for a family vacation. It was a great choice. Ron is a very nice person. Like others said great to work with. The location was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better place!!! Beach was just beautiful!

Our family had the best time on this vacation, even though Hurricane Arthur ended it a couple days early - to which the owner made a future accommodation to our group. He was very responsive to questions about the area and a couple questions about the place. We would definitely stay again, no question! Overlooks a couple bars, live music one night, ended at 10 pm and we wanted more! Good band. :)

PharmaSea was a great fit for our family! It gave all of our 3 families plenty of space with separate bedrooms, baths and decks. We cooked in most evenings and the kitchen and dining area was well equipped for our needs. The beach access was close and easy and our kids loved the pool as a relief from the salt water each day. We brought lots of beach chairs and toys, but found plenty to use at the rental. Next time we would bring our bikes, since there is a bike lane along all the main roads on the island. I would recommend future renters to utilize the Sneads Ferry/N.Topsail bridge access to the island versus the Surf City swing bridge on Saturday afternoons. Surf City is extremely busy with tourist traffic on the weekends. The owners were easy to work with and they checked to make sure everything was to our liking. We would definitely recommend PharmSea to anyone visiting Topsail Island!
