I've vacationed multiple times in this beautiful condo in North Myrtle Beach. Some of my favorite parts of my visits are relaxing in the screened-in porch in the mornings and evenings, going to the pool located right near the condo during the day, making a short drive to the beach, and driving less than a mile to great restaurants and attractions. I always look forward to going back!

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach. My family had a wonderful vacation. My younger son (14) and I drove down first. Then were joined by my older son (17) and grandparents later in the week. The accommodations were luxurious with ample space for all and conveniently stocked items (i.e. towels, dishes, cleaning supplies, DVDs, books, etc.). The boys loved the pool area. It was private and we had it mostly to ourselves. I loved walking the sidewalks in the morning and seeing the sights. The weather was lovely. The information binder was very helpful. All of the restaurants we ate at were fabulous. We scheduled a boat charter and my son caught a 3 foot shark! The entire family loved the Alabama Theatre, the relaxed paddle boat sight seeing tour, as well as Pirates Voyage dinner theatre. My parents' only regret is that we didn't take in more shows! (I was worried about wearing them out - Lol - and the boys liked the "downtime.") Overall it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. And again, the nicest thing was that the spacious accommodations allowed us all to have our own space to relax.

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach. I had a lot of questions and concerns regarding lodging for our family of 5. Karen was patient and answered all of our questions honestly. When we arrived at this golf resort condo I was thoroughly impressed!! The pictures do not do this rental justice. It's clean, spacious, and very convienient. Karen made sure we had everything we needed for our week long stay. Kitchen supplies, towels, linens, detergens, and cleaning supplies just to name a few. My three kids were pleased to find board games stored away for their use. Karen made up a guide to help us find good places to eat and things do to which was very helpful since it was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. This condo is one building away from the pool; which was like our private pool half of the time. 5 minutes from Barefoot Landing's restaurant/shopping area and 20 minutes from Broadway on the Beach. I could go on and on about how pleased we were with this condo and hope to be able to visit again next year. Thank you Karen!!!!!!!

This year was our second summer in a row at this condo and it was as lovely and wonderful as it was the first time!!! Everything is very clean and neat and is well appointed...plenty of linens, towels and space for a family of seven such as mine....this condo fits our family to the "t"....I highly recommend this condo if you are planning a stay in North Myrtle Beach as it is close to everything and easily accessible from the main highway through North Myrtle beach..Great owners too...very easy to communicate with and they are always trying to improve the property with your input.....We will be back next year...that says it all!!!

My wife and I rented this condo back in March for the month and will look to do so again sometime next year. The condo is very large with 3 bedrooms, the Master is huge with a wonderful walk in closet and a large en-suite with large tub and separate large shower.. The kitchen is very roomy with lots of cupboards and a big table. There are lots of windows in the kitchen so it is very bright. My golf friends also came for 10 days to golf and we had lots of room and loved the ground floor with the screened in lanai Most of my communication with the owners was with Karen. Karen was wonderful to deal with, quick to reply and very nice. It was like we were borrowing a friends place for the month and not going through a business transaction. Karen helped with all our needs, which were not many. The condo had everything we needed and was just like being at home. The Barefoot Landing resort is a nice quiet residential area to stay but only a stones throw from the beach, great golf, shopping, places to eat and entertainment. I recommend this property to people of any age and family status for a great time
