A lovely cottage and beautiful surroundings. Couldn't ask for a more relaxing setting. Even caught a dozen or so fish in the pond. Linda made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll be back soon!

Thank you for making our stay at Gili’s Cove Cottage so pleasurable. Everything exceeded our expectations. We loved the screened porch area, enjoying morning coffee & quiet dinners there, while listening to the sound of the creek. The landscape of the property with all the shrubs & trees provided privacy and a calm, restful atmosphere.
The kitchen and bathrooms were supplied with all the essentials plus. The entire place was immaculate.
Thanks also for the little extras—the basket of fruit, the bottle of sparkling cider, bag of cookies, & goodies for our dog Siegfried.
We give this place 5 stars and hope to come back again!

We rented two cabins at Gili's Cove Cottage and it was the best vacation we have ever taken. The other family stayed 50 yards away and the kids would knock on our door at 7am (ugh) wanting pancankes, pancakes! Our kids floated up and down the stream all day, caught tons of worms, the kids collected firewood and learned how to build a campfire. We grilled on the deck while the kids played in the water. In the evening we used the kayak and fish for bass and bluegill in the pond across the stream and the kids caught fireflies. We went hiking and fly fishing and it couldn't have been better. S'mores by the campfire at night, definitely "glamping." The cabins were immaculate and had everything we needed. All you need is food, a fly rod and the desire to relax. We will definitely return. Thank you so much Linda for the best family vacation!

Had a wonderful time at Gili's Cove! House was well appointed, clean and very private. Our hosts were fantastic...dog treats for our pup, a wealth of local information and fresh flowers were all there when we arrived. We ate all of our meals on the screened porch and spent the rest of our time in the home in the sunroom...windows open listening to the wonderful creek. We would recommend visiting Clay County Recreation Area for a swim, hiking at Jack Rabbit Mountain Trails, and a walk on the Chatuge Dam. So many great things to see in western NC and Gili's Cove is the perfect home base!
