This was our first Airbnb experience and now it will not be our last, thanks to Marilyn and her property. We chose this property based on the pictures, marketing materials, and amenities. We were not disappointed, but rather very impressed that what we saw on Airbnb matched the reality. Should you be looking for properties in the Waynesville area, Marilyn’s home is the winner.

Dealing with Marilyn was a good experience from start to finish. The Everview home is beautiful, spacious and has everything a family could need to enjoy their stay. The views are lovely, and the North Carolina countryside is a great change from suburban life. There is so much to do within a 30-minute drive. We made a great choice and I would tell anyone who asked to do the same.

I could go on and on about the beauty of this home and the ease of working with Marilyn. Everything was spotless and even better than described. Cozy bedrooms, gorgeous views, plenty of space for 4 couples and two dogs, and great amenities (including a very well-stocked kitchen). Our dogs loved running around the backyard and saying hi to the horses, groundhogs, and rabbits.
On top of all that, Marilyn was so accessible, kind, and helpful the whole weekend.
Just a delightful stay! We’ll definitely keep in it mind for family trips in the future.
One thing to note: Waynesville is definitely further from Asheville than we realized (about a 40 min drive), so I’m not sure if it’s the best home base if you’re planning on spending a lot of time there. In the future, we’d probably just hang around Waynesville and beautiful natural areas close by.

The house was quite a drive from the main road but it was beautiful, clean and cozy, and had great views from every room. Everything we needed was provided. It was easy to communicate with Marilyn as well and we did not have any major issues. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Thanks for your review Angelica. We love that drive! We've timed it at about 7 minutes, but enjoy the scenic views especially when the horses, alpacas, and cows are out at neighboring farms. We hope to have you back soon and thanks again for taking good care of our home.
