Weekend in Waynesville

8 members of my family stayed very comfortably in this beautiful home for a 2 day weekend. We where in the Waynesville area to attend a wedding. The home is furnished very nicely with all the amenities you would need to enjoy a good nights sleep as well as for cooking. Plus I believe I counted 4 TV's plenty of games, a beautiful Hot Tub, and it is located in a secluded area with a gate. The views of the mountains all around are gorgeous. Marilyn is very easy to work with and went out of her way to make sure we where cared for. I would certainly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Waynesville/Ashville area. We would stay again.

Well-appointed

We frequently rent via VRBO and I have to say this home was one of the best equipped we have ever rented. The kitchen has everything you may need, the linens are excellent and the house is well furnished. They have a detailed guide that has any and all information you may need. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with excellent views. It's convenient to Waynesville and easy to find from I-40.

Oasis In The Mountains

My wife and I, along with two other couples, had the most amazing time at this property. The pictures of this house speak for themselves, but don't even begin to do it justice. There was more than enough space for the six of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and private bathroom. There were multiple big screen TV's with DirecTV to watch the games. The massive kitchen opens up to the main living area allowing us to cook and visit at the same time. We had everything we needed, including a grill and, of course, a hot tub. Our host, Marilyn, was nothing short of awesome. From the moment we checked in she made herself available via phone for any questions or concerns. But the best part of this place is the location. It's surrounded by sweeping mountain views in every direction while being a short drive to Asheville, Cherokee Casino, and Cataloochee Ski Area. There are also plenty of gorgeous hiking trails at the nearby Smoky Mountain National Park. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and look forward to staying here again!

Awesome View of the Smokey Mountains

The views were incredible and the house was super cozy. It comes well stocked with everything you could possibly need. One of the neighbors owned horses, so every morning my three year old would wake up run to the porch and start neighing. LOL. My husband and I are adventure seekers so we loved being right on top of this beautiful mountain. We exploded caves and national Parks, Biltmore house (Amazing), and chimney Rock/ Hickory Waterfall (1.6 mile hike round-trip). The driving was a little much with little kids, but manageable. I would recommend renting this house to anyone looking for an adventure or for anyone who just wants to relax and take in the beautiful views. Good Luck and have fun!

Felt Right At Home

As soon as we arrived to Everview we felt right at home with a nice cozy feeling. Everything was very clean and inviting. We found everything we could've needed for cooking and plenty of dishes and plates for our group of 7 adults. Fresh clean sheets and towels were available as well We only wished we could've spent more time as we spent most of one day at Cataloochee Resort which was a beautiful drive there and back and not too far either. The views from both sides of the house were beautiful as well (including the beautiful horses we got to see from the back porch) Lots of sitting area so our whole group got to be together the whole time in the upstairs kitchen/living room/ dining area which we enjoyed most of the time. The owners were great! Marilyn stayed in touch with us the whole time and answered any questions we had. Thank you again for our wonderful stay!
