We had a great experience at Everview. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for the 7 of us. We like that the dining room table could seat all of us, and the main entrance could be accessed without stairs for our aging parents.

This was our first time renting a vacation home instead of a hotel room. We were a little apprehensive, but as soon as we arrived we knew we made a great choice. Everview is a beautiful home with breathtaking mountain views. It was very clean and we were amazed at how well equipped it was. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Marilyn (the owner) did such a wonderful job leaving instructions on how to use everything from the tv's (with Directv and Neo TV streaming boxes) to the hot tub. There were plenty of board games, outdoor games and books and movies to keep the whole family busy. We are a family of five with a 3, 8 and 10 year old. They had such an amazing time that they didn't want to leave. We stayed 3 nights, but we could have easily stayed longer. It was so nice to have a baby gate and pack and play crib for our 3 year old. We ate out in a few local restaurants, but eating in was the kids favorite. The kitchen was completely stocked with all of the pots, pans, silverware, dishes, cutting boards, utensils etc... It made cooking just as easy as if we were at home. It was a special treat to sit out on the deck with a bottle of wine and watch the gorgeous sunset behind the mountains followed by a visit from the fireflies. We hope to be able to come back. Until then we have some amazing memories of Everview.

The Everview is nicely nestled on a hill top in a gated community. It had everything that a traveler would need and more. For families with kids they got games & a high chair too, for adults there's TV with cable, for those into cooking all the utensils in the kitchen & a grill with 2 propane tanks. They even had zip lock bags for us to pack any left overs for our drive back home. Did I mention the hot tub? It was amazingly clean and was set to right temperature for us to just dive in and forget about everything else. I always used to think, when travelling to any tourist destination, the place where you stay should not matter as long as you have a clean bed, but this place changed my perception and made my trip to Smokies a memorable one.

We have been renting through VRBO for about 15 years and this is one of the best. The home is immaculate, all the amenities you could imagine and more. The vista's are amazing.
