The home is even better than advertised, with a fully stocked kitchen (seriously, more kitchen gear than I have at home), comfy beds, awesome hot tub and lovely views. Note that the 10:00 check out is a hard line since housekeeping shows up at 10 (though Marilyn was wonderful with accommodating us wherever we asked).

I appreciate your understanding of the check-out time. With enough notice, we can sometimes accommodate a later departure. But with back to back rentals, they are on a tight schedule so we have to give them enough time to get our home just as nice for the incoming guests. We appreciate you taking such good care of our place and hope to have you back soon.
Our stay here was nothing short of fantastic! The home is beautiful, and has everything you want and need in an AirBnb space. Our 3 YO loved being out on the back lawn, and was intrigued by the horses just beyond the property. The downstairs is an awesome separate space as well - great for video games, board games, or quiet reading. Three covered porches provide stunning views from the front and back.
We chose this location to escape the noise of the suburbs and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. It took us about 40 minutes to get into Asheville & the Uber ride back was only $40. There was a nearby hike “Hemp Hill Road Trail” that we loved - about 15 min drive and a 4 mile hike. At the top was a gorgeous view from the science center.
Marilyn was very communicative and helped with every question before and during. Would absolutely stay here again!

Marilyn has been on top of everything since we reserved the house. Communication was very quick and anything that was needed was handled immediately! The house is absolutely exceptional. Overall a great experience and we would go back if we needed a place in the area!

What a nice place to stay! Marilyn thought of everything we needed and made sure the place was pristine upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The town of Waynesville is adorable, full of many fun shops and restaurants! We had a very relaxing, wonderful weekend in NC! Thank you Marilyn!!

Marilyn's place is like a little piece of heaven tucked away in the mountains. Spacious, clean and Amazing views! We had a family reunion and there was more then enough room for everyone to be comfortable! The porch's on this home were my favorite. Perfect place to read a book and take in the fresh mountain air while being surrounded by amazing views. Loved our stay here!
