Great Condo, Great Vacation

This is my fourth year at Ocean Isle Beach and the third year in a row I've rented this condo. It is absolutely perfect for me and my young kids, ages 3 1/2 and 5 1/2. The condo is located so close to the beach that it makes going back for lunch easy. The condo is well equipped with wireless Internet access and a TV in each bedroom and the living room. The owners are very friendly and have been very easy to work with. Ocean Isle Beach is the perfect place for families. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby but the beach and this area across from the beach aren't too busy.

Awesome Vacation!

Our very large group of family stays at the Sandvillas every year. As family grows we needed more space this time around. So this year we rented this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in which we had a great experience. The condo was very spacious, clean, bright, and very well maintained. The beach access is right across the road which makes it even better. And we plan to rent again next year! Very beautiful condo, and the owners are very nice and friendly to do business with. :) Highly recommend.

Maybe the Best Week at the Beach Ever!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our week at the beach. It is in a great location right across the street from the beach access. Carrying 2 small children and all of our beach stuff was easy because it was so close. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck each morning and the short walk across the street to the beach everyday. The pool is very convienent; out the front door and down the stairs, and was never busy or crowded. The condo has more than enough beds and bedrooms so no one ever felt crowded. The Internet access is a real plus to keep up with emails and business even while on vacation. It was clean and well maintained. Ocean Isle Beach is 30-40 minutes from North Myrtle Beach. We spent one evening at Barefoot Landing and another at Family Kingdom Amusement Park which I strongly recommend. Overall, this is a great condo and a great price and the owner is very friendly and easy to work with. As soon as I submit this I'll be contacting the owner to book our vacation for next year.

Delightful

Have been coming to Ocean Isle for many years and have always stayed at the SandVillas...since our family has grown and now all of the kids and their families are coming with us....the need for additional condo's is a must! Had to find another one this year ...and this one is a gem. It is gorgeous...clean...and cheery! We love the proximity to the beach and having our own private pool. And the fact that we are all together in one spot. We got to meet the owners and they were wonderful to work with. This is like a second home for all of us...

Great Place

We had a wonderful time at the beach and staying here made it just perfect! This condo had plenty of room for the four of us, and it is very nicely furnished with comfortable beds in spacious rooms, a nice dinner table and comfy couches in the living area. Hooray for the TV and the WiFI to entertain us in the hot afternoon hours! We took full advantage of the well equipped kitchenette at breakfast making ourselves some yummy waffles, and to prepare our evening meals or just the side dishes when we decided to have some grilled goody and use one of the two community grills that are part of the property. Not only the condo is great but the location is also fantastic with the beach just a few yards away and the convenience of a refreshing (and clean!) pool right there. If we decide to go back to OIB for our summer vacation, we will definitely stay here again!
