My family and I agree our stay at Dreamaway South was the best!! We all can’t wait to come back!!

Dreamaway South is the perfect beach home with its great location! It’s like home away from home with the three comfortable king beds, which we are all accustomed to sleeping in and the wonderful and relaxing decor, high ceilings, which give an open air feel, and the elevator that is wonderful for helping with luggage and groceries or just getting you to your room for relaxing! We all loved our private bathrooms as well!! The top suite with queen and private bath was perfect for our daughter’s family, which includes their three year old and one year old! The kitchen is a dream come true and perfect for our family! We had many delicious cooked meals all week from breakfast in the mornings to dinners in the evenings! Any item you needed for cooking was available, all you had to bring was the ingredients!! It was a super fun and relaxing week! We spent all day every day on the beach and took a short walk back to a most relaxing home, where we all took turns cooking great meals!! The private hot shower outdoors was super great getting all the sand from the beach off! Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay!! It was a blast!! We’ll be back!!

Wonderful beach house

This is a wonderful place to stay in Topsail. It has lots of space and every convenience of being at home. It is very close to the beach, even though it is not ocean front. You still have ocean views and beautiful sunsets which can be seen from the multiple decks. My family had a great time even though we had rain some of the days. We are already looking forward to our next trip. We enjoyed sharing the stair landing with Precious and she did not even scare the children.

Nice and roomy for 7 adults, 2 children and our furry family members.

Very nice beautiful home. Best equipped kitchen ever. Lots of room and pet friendly. There were cleaning products, big laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, games and crayons etc, even extra lightbulbs for when one burned out. The elevator was so helpful in getting our belongings in and out of the house and great for my mother with mobility challenges. House is beautifully decorated and our family loved all the fun art on the walls and the sea shell creatures. The mermaid in the kitchen was a hit with my granddaughter. We loved the decks and the main one had comfy chairs to sit and enjoy the sea breezes. Easy access to an outstanding beach. The owner and property manager were so accommodating and helpful in making this first birthday and vacation without my husband much easier for our whole family.

Roomy with a great location!

The house was large so we had plenty of room. While not directly ocean front you could still see the ocean and the walk over was short. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill put during our stay. Loved having a nice washer and dryer to use. We really enjoyed all the porches, especially the one off the living room. One drawback, light sleepers will need to sleep upstairs or bring earplugs. Every footstep from above sounded like a family of elephants! I tried cranking up the fan I use to sleep at night but that did nothing to cover up the thunderous sound. I brought earplugs at CVS...... Problem solved!! Not sure if the floors are not well insulated or what but this was the only issue we had. Very nice rental!

Our Stay July 2017

The location is wonderful - just steps to the beach and not too far from restaurants and shopping. The house is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the covered porch on the main level - very comfortable seating and great views of the ocean. The third floor area is amazing with a sitting area and even more awesome views. I would definitely stay here again!
