This was a wonderful vacation. We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary and 2 Birthdays. Everything at the home was as described and offered more than we expected. We enjoyed the view from the porch and pool at the club. We look forward to returning.

We rented Cliff's place to be able to attend our nieces wedding one block away. The condo was everything and more than what we were told. A beautiful place, a beautiful area, view of the ocean was wonderful, and we loved watching the turtles in the pond. A bedroom door inadvertently was locked and Cliff immediately sent a locksmith to fix it. He was so responsive. We were 6 adults and 3 children and none of us wanted to leave. We will go back next year also. We didn't bring our dog this time but it was a perfect set up for your pet also. Thank you so much.

Great Condo to rent. Owners were great to work with. Very nicely decorated. Had lots of TV's and everything you could need. Great wedding weekend for my son even with Hurricane Joaquin and all the rain. Short walk to the beach.

We were looking for a place for our families to get together that was somewhere in between Virginia and Georgia... and this was the PERFECT spot. Our group consisted of 8 adults, so the rooming arrangements were perfect- especially since each bedroom came with its own bathroom! Oh and having all of the sheets and towels provided was also extremely convenient! The pictures are exactly what you will see when you get to Cliff and Nancy's little piece of paradise by the sea. The condo is very tastefully decorated, and has a very functional layout. There was enough space for everyone to eat together or relax in the living area together. We spent several evenings enjoying the view on the deck (and when it was a bit too humid to want to go outside, the view from the living room was just as spectacular)! Our dogs also had a wonderful time! Everyday they were tuckered out from their long walks on the beach, and having them there really made our vacation extra enjoyable! The barrier on the deck was perfect for letting them mosey outside with us, without having to worry about them visiting the neighbors :) The elevator was also a nice perk, not only was it great for hauling up all of the luggage, but for our family with joint issues, it was extremely helpful. We did not have any issues occur while during our stay, but Cliff was so responsive through the entire rental process, that I have no doubt that he would have taken care of it immediately if the need had arisen. Before we left, everyone was asking if we could come back again next year, so we are definitely planning on doing so! Thank you so much for your generosity and warm hospitality; we cannot wait to return!

It was my first visit to OIB and we were there for my sons wedding being held at the Isle Restaurant. Have you ever done your research on the internet, found a place you want to stay and look at the pictures but when you arrive it's not what you saw in the pictures? We'll, no worries here as the pictures are exactly what you will see when you arrive. Very, very nice unit, great location and short walk to the beach. We had an issue with one of the toilets and Cliff had a plumber out in now time to get it resolved. We rented 2 units and both of them were awesome.
