Irma spared us and this House saved us

This house exceeded our expectations on all levels. The only thing would have changed would have been to convert the fifth bedroom to an adult usable room which we know would not be practical from a rental perspective. We only had an infant with us and could have used another queen or king bed. No complaint though because finding a home with 3 kings and a queen is hard to get. We also appreciated having access to the elevator. We loved having the pool so close as well as the ocean views from 3 of the bedrooms along with their balconies. Our week was threatened up to the night before we left by Hurricane Irma. Bob, the property manager kept us abreast of the situation and provided updates and as to what was going on in the area. Overall we loved this property for how it met our family's needs, the location, the up to date look, and decor. This community has plenty of parking and we didn't have to jump through hoops to obtain special arrangements for our third vehicle.

2nd Family Vacation

There were 11 adults and a baby. We had out children, grandchildren and our great grandson plus my granddaughter's fiance. We had a wonderful vacation and the house was a big part. The pool right out front was a great addition for our great grandbaby. Plenty of room and really nice.

Beautiful, low key beach house

814 Villas was a perfect beautiful home away from home for our family and friends. We had 8 adults and 6 children and it was perfect! We LOVED having the pool in our front yard for the kiddos... the only things we didn't like were that we had to make our own bed once we got in. After driving 9 hours with kids, the last thing we want to do is to put sheets on 9 beds. We also would have liked to have had more towels throughout the house and cleaning supplies. We felt as though if we are paying that much to stay for a week (which includes a cleaning fee), we shouldn't have had to do so much. There weren't any trash cans on the outside of the property, like on the bridge to the beach or by the pool. Overall, it was a great week and made a lot of incredible memories :) thank you for that!

Amazing oceanfront oasis!

Excellent location, beautiful views, beautiful decor. Everything we could have asked for and more. I highly recommend this property. I especially loved having the pier so close. It was phone to walk on and watch the fishing.

We had a wonderful time.

Our family had a great time. The house was close to the beach and we had small children ages 9 to 2. It was wonderful. There was an elevator that brought all our clothes and groceries up to the house. There was a nice pool.
