Beautiful beachfront home with pool access

This duplex was recently updated and has everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. Beautifully appointed spacious rooms, private hot tub on the deck, pool access and beach front. The property manager, Bob Bourassa, was more than helpful to us on several occasions. He met us at the property to check us in and show us around. Several minor issues had him returning to the property during the weeks, but he was always there to resolve them shortly after being contacted. Bob was very knowledgeable about the area and provided suggestions for restaurants and places to check out. The only "con" I could say about our side of the duplex is that the view to the beach is partially blocked by the outdoor building at the pool, but not enough to keep us from returning there again. The beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. Can't wait to go back.

Irma spared us and this House saved us

This house exceeded our expectations on all levels. The only thing would have changed would have been to convert the fifth bedroom to an adult usable room which we know would not be practical from a rental perspective. We only had an infant with us and could have used another queen or king bed. No complaint though because finding a home with 3 kings and a queen is hard to get. We also appreciated having access to the elevator. We loved having the pool so close as well as the ocean views from 3 of the bedrooms along with their balconies. Our week was threatened up to the night before we left by Hurricane Irma. Bob, the property manager kept us abreast of the situation and provided updates and as to what was going on in the area. Overall we loved this property for how it met our family's needs, the location, the up to date look, and decor. This is the first time we used HomeAway and found it very easy to use. It also provided an easy and responsive means to communicate with the property manager who was very quick in doing so. This community has plenty of parking and we didn't have to jump through hoops to obtain special arrangements for our third vehicle.

Amazing location, great house

Our family loved being right behind the pool! The inside of the house was beautifully up-to-date and clean. If we are able to return next year, this house will be at the top of our wish list.
