The location of this house can't be beat. Sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and then the evening sunset while watching the dolphins was spectacular. Loved to be able to fish from the backyard and then walk a short distance to the beach. Can't wait to return for another relaxing family vacation.

We had a fantastic week with plenty of space for 4 adults and our 4 kids. Beach is easily accessible from the property and having the pool was a great plus for sand free splash fun with the kids after nap times when we just didn’t feel like getting all sandy again. The owners were very communicative and gave us some great recommendations for our week at Let’s Do Sunset. If we have this size group again we’d definitely book again.

Our family enjoyed the “Let’s Do Sunset” property. Having the Topsail Sound to fish in and watch the boats was a plus. The Queens Grant community was great for walking and riding scooters (not much traffic). We also enjoyed the basketball court. The pool was not ready for the 2019 season which was a bummer for our family. The short walk to the beach was not bad. The house itself suited our family of 5. We had plenty of room. If you plan to cook, I suggest you bring your own cookware. The owners were fabulous to work with and answered any questions and gave suggestions on what to do and where to eat. This is a low key, not too crowded area which is what we were looking for!
