What a beautiful home! It is surrounded by water with the most incredible views and we saw lots of wildlife (dolphin, sting rays, osprey, flounder, etc.) It is only a two minute walk to the beach from the house and it is great for fishing, going to the pool, using the hot tub, and enjoying everything that topsail has to offer. Owners were fantastic to work with. Don't waste anymore time searching And book it!

My family and I had an amazing week at this beautiful house! The owners were very pleasant to work with during every step of the process. The views at this house simply can not be beat! And with only a 5 minute walk to the beach! I highly recommend checking out this property of staying on the NC coast!

Thank you for having us in your home. It rained most of the week but we took advantage of the outdoors as much as we could. The bike riding was fun and we went to your favorite restaurant! It was delicious. We were bummed that the spa and swimming pool were out of order, but we had so much "family time" that we were grateful to be together. Hope we can return someday soon.

We absolutely loved our time at "Let's Do Sunset" and can't wait to go back! The house is beautiful, clean and rooms are spacious. Location is a great, surrounding area is quaint and just a short walk to the beach. The view from all areas of the house are amazing (both inside and out)! We definitely recommend booking this property!

Second time renting here, the place is amazing. The house is well kept and supplied with everything you will need. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all the activity, the dolphins, different types of birds, watching the boats drive by, and the sunsets are amazing. Short distance to the beach. Restaurants are close by. The setting is peaceful and quiet. Owners are very helpful.
