The property was very nice, we had great family time. Unfortunately the beach was very shelly making beach walking in the sand difficult, assume from hurricane week before. We are just very happy we were able to go. Thank you for a home that was very comfortablr.

Great location; great house -- really appreciated all the useful utensils, bowls, dishes, spices, etc. Property manager Bob is responsive and super attentive. Only downside was pool closure -- didn't really diminish our enjoyment but website warning (and discount?) would be appropriate. But, overall, no regrets -- a great week enjoyed by all ages.

This was a great home. Was disappointed that that the pool wasn’t open, covid related, but we picked this place because of the pool. The website did not say it was closed.
We had a couple of problems while there, but the owner and manager were great about resolving! Great property and well equipped!! Would stay again!

Our pool is now open. We apologize for the delayed opening due to Covid-19. Due to Covid-19, the governor increased restrictions regarding pool operations. The HOA had to hire a pool monitor and that process took longer than we expected. We hope the gift certificate eased the inconvenience. The unit was exactly as listed! We thoroughly enjoyed some much needed family time while staying there.
We were a little bummed that the pool wasn’t opened as the rate was a little higher to be near the pool but nonetheless, we had a short walk to the beach
The property manager met us upon arrival and walked us through the property, answering all of our questions. Excellent communication.
We can’t wait to rent here again and would highly recommend this property.
Also, everything was extremely clean so we didn’t have any concerns from that standpoint at all.

Property was very nice. Had everything we needed. The only annoying thing were the little black bugs that got into everything.
Had to do battle with them everyday. Had hundreds of them in our food, cupboards, in our faces. Other than that, it was nice. We understand that bugs can be part of the deal when you are in the south.
