This home was well equipped. From pots & pans to crock pot, baby booster seats and games. The location on the beach was nice, we could stroll to the pier.
The association pool is right there so super easy access!

Beautiful beach. We like to walk and bike ride but road was too busy with no sidewalks for strollers. Booking photos made it look like there were not many houses around but when we got there it was much more built up and crowded than we expected. Not much else to do unless you want to drive a ways. House very clean. Had a great family week.

Over the last three years we have been in NC, we have rented 5 Beach Houses.
This is the nicest beach house we’ve had the pleasure of staying in.

Overall, it is a lovely property and beautiful location. The house is gorgeous and well maintained.
One criticism is it was misleading as far as the pool is concerned. It read shared pool, what we assumed was with the duplex house, however it was with all of the houses in the Villas property. At times, the pool was crowded. There was new construction being built in the Villas as well, which was annoying being awoken at 7:00am each morning by heavy machinery. I felt that should have been communicated by the property manager prior to our arrival.
